We work with an inspired and caring group of equine coaches, facilitators, and visionaries. Our horses are wise, wonderful, shy, and sensitive. No two days are alike, no two programs are the same. We look forward to sharing their world with you.

Brian Damkroger, PhD.
Brian’s perspective is shaped by his 20 years of experience working in government, the corporate world, and R&D organizations. He has served in leadership roles as an educator— teaching undergraduate engineering courses— and as director of a $150M, 600 person portfolio of defense-related R&D efforts. He jokes that, after taking every traditional leadership program in corporate America, it was a quiet, gentle Tennessee Walking Horse named Jake who finally taught Brian about true leadership.
